Return Policy for The Pro Shop

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Go to your order history and select the order containing the items you wish to return.
3. Follow the instructions to submit a return request.

Processing Returns

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• Refunds may take a certain number of days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
